Review of MEC's rules, WAC 316-55, Impasse Resolution, has concluded. No public comments were received for proposed changes to WAC 316-55, Impasse Resolution, by January 15, 2010. MEC's assistant attorney general then conducted a final review and the proposed rule changes were submitted to the Code Reviser's Office for inclusion in the Washington State Register, which will be published March 17, 2010.
