During a third settlement conference on 10/30/06, IBU and WSF settled this matter. The parties agreed that MEC would retain jurisdiction through the first pay period of January 2007. On 2/23/07, John Dryer noted that WSF was having some difficulty processing the retroactive vacation awards for retirees; the new HRMS (state payroll system) created problems. On 4/27/07, John Dryer asked Dennis Conklin to provide a list of employees with reported errors in their checks.
